Len and Janica Williamson
Founders & Directors of Hineni Ministries
Len Williamson is a Coach/Consultant to business owners and executives, specializing in creating and managing change. He is founder and President of Hineni Ministries, a personal discipleship ministry serving men and women called by God into the marketplace.
As an executive of a large northwest regional bank in the state of Washington, Len's responsibilities included the management of a billion dollars of assets and one thousand staff. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Harborview Hospital, Trinity Bible College, Salvation Army, Seattle Christian School system, Commercial Bank of Seattle and Bank of Redmond in Seattle, Washington. After banking, he and his wife, Janica, served 5 years as directors of the Crossroads Discipleship Training School on the Montana campus of Youth With A Mission.
An RN, Janica has worked in Seattle and Kalispell, served a short term medical mission with Mercy Ships and staffed a Primary Health Care School with YWAM Montana. Partnering with Len in Hineni, they have held over 26 conferences/encounters. With groups of business men and women, they have traveled to Romania, Ukraine and Israel and have taught in Albania and Cook Islands. Janica has been an invited speaker at various women's events and retreats and continues to facilitate Bible studies.
